At MaddyPots Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality authentic African food products. Due to the nature of our products (food items), we maintain a strict policy to ensure food safety and quality.

Return Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered and received. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacements

We will gladly replace any product that:

Arrives damaged during shipping
Is defective or spoiled upon arrival
Is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
