Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your order was never delivered
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong items
How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer service team at info@maddypots.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
